Uganda People Defence Force Must leave South Sudan By: Philemon Daud Tom It appears the SPLM-IG is politically normalizing Dr. Riek Machar illegal house detention for the reason known to them. Politically, they portrayed SPLM-IO as weak and nick named them as IO in detention, IO in hiding, IO in bush and branded Stephen Par as legitimate interim SPLM-IO to be used as political project to serve the interest of the IG.
